Join Allyson Barnes, founder of BAR Therapies, for an in-depth lecture on the management of hypermobility, designed to equip medical providers with both clinical insights and research-based evidence. This course will explore the musculoskeletal pathologies associated with hypermobility as well as the cascading autoimmune and systemic effects that can complicate treatment. Special emphasis will be placed on understanding these interrelationships and their implications for clinical practice.
In addition, Alexis Barnes, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at BAR, will discuss the relationship between common gastrointestinal dysfunctions found in this population and potential sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction. These often-overlooked connections are key to providing comprehensive care for patients with hypermobility.
Chances are, without even realizing it, you are already treating patients with hypermobility. Come join us to deepen your understanding of this complex condition and gain valuable insights that will enhance your clinical decision-making. The material presented will challenge your current thought paradigms and give you the tools to better manage this patient population.
