Thank you for choosing to participate in our BAR Therapies' Continuing Education (CE) Course. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling in this course, you agree to the terms set forth in this document.
Enrollment and Registration

Enrollment in the course is available through our website or other designated platforms.

To register, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your information up-to-date.

Enrollment is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the course at any time.
Course Access

Upon successful registration, participants will receive access to course materials, including videos, documents, quizzes, and other educational content minimally 48 hours prior to the registered course.

Access to course materials is granted only for the duration of the course or as specified. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is prohibited.
Payment and Fees

Payment is due at the time of registration.

Prices are subject to change, but once enrolled, the price is locked in for the course.

All fees are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by us. Refund requests are subject to our refund policy (if applicable).
Continuing Education Credits

The course is designed to provide Continuing Education (CE) credits upon successful completion.

Certificate of Completion will only be awarded after completion of the course, including any required assessments or exams.

It is the participant’s responsibility to submit the CE credits to their medical board. BAR Therapies will provide the necessary documentation and a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the course. Please verify that the CE credits meet your professional licensing requirements.
Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for completing the course within the specified time frame and meeting all requirements for certification.

Plagiarism or dishonest behavior, including cheating on exams, will result in immediate dismissal from the course with no refund.

You agree to use the course materials only for personal, educational purposes and not for commercial use.
Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to videos, documents, quizzes, and presentations, is the intellectual property of Biomechanical Advancement and Rehabilitation Therapies (DBA: BAR Therapies) or its partners.

Course materials are protected by copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal educational purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the course content without written permission.
No Recording of Lectures Without Consent

Participants are prohibited from recording any part of the course, including lectures, presentations, and discussions, without prior written consent from the course presenter or the organization.

Any unauthorized recording, including video, audio, or screenshots, will be considered a violation of these terms and may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
Privacy and Data Protection

By enrolling, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal information for purposes related to the course, including communication, certification, and feedback requests.
Refund and Cancellation Policy

If the course is canceled by us for any reason, participants will receive a full refund.

Refunds are only provided in cases where the course is canceled. No refunds will be issued for individual cancellation or non-completion of the course.
Professional Learning Environment
To maintain a professional, respectful, and educational learning environment, all participants are expected to engage appropriately throughout BAR Institute courses and events. The use of course chats, discussion boards, Q&A features, or other communication platforms for self-promotion, solicitation of services or products, spam, harassment, inappropriate or disruptive comments, or any conduct that interferes with the learning experience is prohibited.
Violations of this policy will be addressed as follows:

First Offense: The inappropriate comment or content will be removed when possible, and the participant will receive a private written notification outlining the violation and reminding them of these Terms and Conditions.

Second Offense: The participant will be removed from the live course or Zoom session without refund, will forfeit eligibility to receive continuing education (CE) credit or a certificate of completion for that course, and will receive written notification documenting the reason for their removal.
BAR Institute reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether participant conduct violates these Terms and Conditions and to take any action necessary to preserve a safe, respectful, and productive educational environment. Severe violations may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

Continued participation in the course after such changes will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
