Anatomy & High Risk Injury Patterns in Overhead Athletes
-
Details: We’re offering a small group course designed just for coaches. Together, we’ll walk through the key anatomy behind overhead athletes and how that knowledge can be applied to keep your athletes healthier and stronger. This isn’t about memorizing muscles for the sake of it. It’s about connecting the dots so you can spot risks early and put strategies in place that actually reduce injuries. The course is capped at 8 coaches to keep things hands-on and personal. During this 2 hour in-person course, you’ll not only learn but also practice exercises that target the high-risk patterns we see most often in overhead athletes. The goal? Practical tools you can take back to your athletes right away. If you’re ready to add more science (and less injury) to your coaching, inquire below in speaking & book section.
